Energy Sector Change Management Opportunity

TalentHawk is seeking a skilled Change Manager to oversee the transition process for commercial energy suppliers in the UK. As a key member of our client's team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transitions for incoming and outgoing tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Change of Tenancy (COT) process, verifying tenancy changes and updating records.
  • Manage COT pricing and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, staying up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison between commercial, sales, and operations departments to ensure a coordinated approach to COT processes.
  • Generate reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to support effective COT management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the energy sector, with a focus on change of tenancy processes.
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment governing the energy sector, including Ofgem, Elexon, Xoserve, and the Retail Energy Code (REC).
  • Proficiency in data management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
