Job Summary

JSM Group Services Ltd. is a leading provider of integrated power and communications solutions, specializing in the delivery of high-quality services to the utilities industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our Power Division, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at site level on assigned activities and work streams associated with our civil and cable installation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate site-level activities, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise and train a team of professionals, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement site-specific plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.

Requirements

  • Civils background with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  • Experience in project supervision, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of M&E systems and principles, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Hold a valid NRSWA, SROH, and HSG47 certification, with a CITB or equivalent in site safety management.
  • Hold a CSCS Card for the appropriate level of responsibility and competency.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
