We are seeking a highly skilled Field Manager to join our Logistics/FMCG team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a field-based team across multiple sites. Your ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, reactive environment will be essential. You will need to have previous experience of managing a team, as well as the ability to deal with people and conflict. A good geographical knowledge of the local area is also required. You will be required to work weekends on a rotation basis and be available to deal with any major problems/issues outside of the usual 9-5. Key responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for your area and staff, being the face of recruitment for your delivery area, ensuring all work has been allocated and picked up, and setting and tracking KPI's and productivity. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30k - £35k, plus a company car and bonus.
