We are seeking a full-time Activities Worker who is a car driver due to the location of our service.

Situated in the picturesque countryside, our facility in Godalming, Surrey encourages its users to engage with their local community through a variety of activities utilizing nearby resources.

As an Activities Worker, you will be responsible for planning and executing a diverse range of enjoyable and stimulating social and recreational activities, offering our residents exciting opportunities to participate. Your role will involve organizing outings and events, where your creativity and enthusiasm for providing variety will significantly enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Whether you are coordinating a large community event, discovering shared interests among smaller groups, or exploring culinary talents, you will find numerous engaging activities to immerse yourself in—creativity is essential.

About You

No prior experience in activity coordination is necessary; however, a creative mindset, excellent organizational abilities, or a passion for arranging engaging social events is essential.

Previous experience in activity coordination or working with individuals with disabilities would be beneficial.
