Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the financial aspects during the construction phase of renewable energy initiatives.
- Lead the bidding process for consultants, contractors, and suppliers, delivering essential reports and recommendations.
- Draft contractual documents for significant suppliers and contractors, ensuring adherence to legal and financial standards.
- Manage valuations, payments, claims, and the resolution of Final Accounts, along with other financial matters throughout the construction phase.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve financial issues related to land, planning, technical aspects, finance, services, and sales agreements.
- Execute project management duties during the development and construction stages as necessary.
- Foster key relationships to reduce conflicts and achieve mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Assist in cultivating a diverse and skilled team for future leadership and talent development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantity surveying or a related field in construction management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role within the construction industry.
- Experience on the client side in the renewable energy sector or other development fields.
