Job Title: Beauty Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Brand Manager to join our team at Pat McGrath Labs. As a key member of our luxury cosmetic brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products to customers
  • Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with the team
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals and analyzing sales data to create strategies with management
  • Share knowledge with customers to provide exceptional and personalized service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a memorable customer experience
  • Manage customer feedback and use it to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards
  • Adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced work environment and be flexible with working hours
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding knowledge of products and competitors
  • Plan and deliver in-store events and maintain a clean and attractive store environment
Requirements:
  • Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
  • Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
  • Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to positively engage with customers
  • Well-informed and able to develop excellent product knowledge
  • Known to be a sales and service expert, with the ability to deliver the extraordinary each and every time
  • Flexible and responsive to business needs, with the ability to take responsibility for tasks beyond the role expectation
  • A confident coach and self-driven to upskill and learn
