Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hear Care Assistant/Microsuction Specialist to join our dynamic team at Park Medical Clinic. As a key member of our audiology team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hearing care services to our patients, including microsuction ear wax removal procedures, patient interactions, and clinic administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform microsuction ear wax removal procedures with precision and care.
- Conduct initial patient assessments and screening tests to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage clinic administration duties with attention to detail.
- Ensure the clinic is well-stocked and organized to provide a smooth patient experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient care, addressing patient concerns and needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Support the overall running of hearing care services, collaborating with colleagues to achieve high standards of care.
- Participate in training and development sessions to maintain high standards of care and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Previous experience in a clinical or medical setting, with a focus on patient care and administration.
- Training in microsuction/earwax removal will be provided, but prior experience is an asset.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple clinic locations in London, with a valid driving licence an advantage.
