• PC Lifecycle and Asset Management for Serialized Devices
• Installations, Moves, and Changes for Serialized Devices
• Deskside Software Support and Troubleshooting
• Smart Hands Support and Technical Assistance
• VIP Support and Priority Service
• Conferencing and Event Support

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in PC hardware, software, network, and print support.
• Experience in VIP support and high-priority service is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Ticketing system or similar IT service management tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately within deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills, capable of communicating professionally with urgency and empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• A proactive attitude, energized by helping people and making things happen.
