Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team in Lincoln. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
  • Preparing and cooking meals, as well as helping with housework and cleaning
  • Overseeing medication and providing medical support, as required
  • Engaging in companionship and social activities with clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes. You must also have the right to work in the UK and be able to commit to a regular schedule.
