Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at NHS Professionals. As a Clinical Pharmacy Professional, you will be responsible for providing specialist clinical pharmacy services to patients, working as part of a Clinical Pharmacy Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services to patients, including the provision of medication therapy management and clinical pharmacy services.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
  • Conduct medication reviews and provide recommendations for medication therapy optimization.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Diploma/MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Prescribing qualification.
  • Relevant experience in clinical pharmacy services.
