Training Manager Role

Brandon James, a leading contractor in London, is seeking a skilled Training Manager to oversee the training and development of their health and safety operatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of training requirements within the construction industry, including CSCS and CPCS certifications. They will be responsible for tracking operatives' training, booking courses, and coordinating with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for health and safety operatives.
  2. Track operatives' training progress through the company's online portal.
  3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and effective training.
  4. Assist in developing grant and levy claims.
  5. Travel to sites as needed to provide training and support.

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of training requirements within the construction industry.
  2. CSCS Card.
  3. A Level 6 qualification in occupational health and safety or environmental health.
  4. A valid driving license and own vehicle.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive salary: 50,000-55,000.
  2. Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm.
  3. Office-based role.
