We are working with a highly regarded legal firm in the BN16 area, seeking a Family Solicitor to join their busy growing team.

The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of discreet family matters, working on a number of legal-aid cases, acting on behalf of clients in divorces, settlements, cohabitation agreements, ancillary relief, and matrimonial matters.

• Manage a caseload of family matters, including divorces, settlements, and cohabitation agreements
• Work on legal-aid cases, acting on behalf of clients in matrimonial matters
• Provide expert advice and representation in family law cases

• Previous experience in family law
• Strong knowledge of family law and legal procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a part-time opportunity, ideally for 24 hours per week. The client is looking for someone with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

The salary for this role will be dependent on previous experience.
