Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team at Dover Fueling Solutions. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products to ensure high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test components and products to meet quality and production standards.
  • Operate various machinery and equipment to perform assembly tasks.
  • Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and report any quality or safety issues to management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and follow instructions.

Work Arrangement:

This is an onsite position.
