About the Role

As a Chef De Partie at the Mercure Bradford Bankfield, you will be part of a dynamic kitchen team that is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. You will work closely with our established kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
