Senior National Account Director

Elite Associates is seeking a seasoned Senior National Account Director to join our team and drive business growth for our esteemed beauty brand partner.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives, leveraging market insights and customer needs.
- Key Account Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national retail accounts, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure successful execution of account strategies and drive business results.
- Market Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and expansion.
- Negotiation and Partnership Development: Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability and market share, while building strong partnerships.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on account performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new retail opportunities to expand the brand's beauty presence and drive business growth.
- Financial Management: Analyze and manage retailer P&Ls, ensuring financial objectives are met and business performance is optimized.
- Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to National Account Managers, driving delivery, setting goals, and KPIs to achieve results.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in national account management within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful relationships with national retail accounts.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of retail operations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
