Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Replimune, Inc. in a Quality Control Manager role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quality records, ensuring inspection readiness, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve timely closure of records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Record Management: Maintain oversight of all quality records in Quality Control, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Participate in regulatory inspections and submissions, ensuring adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Documentation and Reporting: Generate protocol and report for assay transfers/validation, review and complete documentation in accordance with cGMP.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Author and review SOPs, forms, Deviations, Change controls, CAPA, CoA reports.
  • Investigations and Troubleshooting: Lead or assist with OOS, OOT, and lab investigations as needed, and lead QC laboratory equipment introduction and participate in validation activities.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Interact within internal as well as across other functional groups to communicate QC requirements, perform QC testing following SOPs, and assist with the maintenance of QC laboratory and equipment.
  • Sample Management: Manage receipt and storage of QC samples, reagents, and maintain retain inventory, coordinate shipping of samples to contract testing laboratories.
  • Training and Development: Train others within the department for methods and processes according to GMP standards, become SME/Trainer for method or process and lead troubleshooting or method optimization as required.
  • Leadership and Management: Line management responsibility for direct reports, if applicable.
Requirements
  • Education: A BA or BS in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology or other related science.
  • Experience: 4 years or more GLP / GMP experience in a relevant work environment.
  • Skills: Computer literacy (including MS Word and Excel), ability to work well with others, effective communication skills, and good organizational skills.

Location: This position is based in our Milton Park location and typically has a 5-day on-site expectation.
