Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hunter Selection. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and installation of solar PV sites, as well as assisting in the project management of medium-large scale wind farms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management of solar PV site design, construction, and installation
  • Assist in project management of medium-large scale wind farms
  • Manage project Health and Safety, including writing risk assessments and method statements
  • Manage design engineers and subcontractors
  • Project design, estimation, budgeting, and procurement
  • Provide technical input for feasibility stage projects
  • Liaise with clients, DNOs, suppliers, and consultants
  • Conduct site visits to assess suitability for solar installations
  • Ensure a collaborative relationship with clients
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the UK
Requirements
  • Methodical, accurate, and process-focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to organise and drive multiple parties to committed dates
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Knowledge and understanding of solar project finances
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, SMSTS, working at height
  • Experience using ArcGIS
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Civil3D
  • Working knowledge of 2D AutoCAD
  • Driving License
