About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Courier Driver to join our team of professionals at FedEx. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and safe transportation of packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent FedEx in a professional manner, interacting with customers and ensuring their packages are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Drive company vehicles on defined routes, navigating through various postcodes and ensuring packages are delivered to the correct locations.
  • Operate vehicles safely and legally, adhering to all FedEx health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and documentation.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid driving license for the type of vehicle assigned, with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
  • Be a reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and be able to adapt to external driving conditions and circumstances.
  • Commercial driving experience and basic geographical knowledge are advantageous.
