Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and analytical Financial Analysis Specialist, responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis functions within the organization. Candidates should possess a solid finance background, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to convey complex financial data clearly.

Key Duties:

  • Design and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Evaluate financial outcomes and provide insights on discrepancies relative to budgets and forecasts.
  • Compile and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership, emphasizing significant trends and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect financial data and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting efforts.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer actionable recommendations to enhance financial outcomes.
  • Conduct specialized financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a full professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
