MIW Group Ltd - Make it Work is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the Oxfordshire area, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in the Oxfordshire area, providing proactive and strategic account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, increasing revenue from existing clients and expanding their portfolios.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze client data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of client information within our CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in account management, sales, or business development.
