Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Secondary Teaching Assistant and embark on a paid teacher training program.

About the Role

  • As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to support students in achieving academic excellence.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills and knowledge through our paid teacher training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students in achieving academic excellence in a secondary school setting.
  • Work closely with experienced teachers to develop and implement lesson plans.
  • Assist with the delivery of GCSE and A-Level interventions.
  • Enroll in our aspiring Secondary Teacher Program (Schools Direct) from September 2025.

Requirements

  • Must have a 1st class or 2:1 degree from a reputable University.
  • Strong A Levels and GCSEs across the board.
  • Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE and A-Level curriculum.
  • You must be able to engage and motivate students.
  • Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout.
