Electrical Maintenance Specialist needed to support a skilled team at Proftech Talent in delivering high-quality reactive and planned maintenance services.
The RoleYou will be a qualified electrical engineer with experience in the manufacturing sector, possessing a strong competency in Single Phase Wiring/3 Phase, fault finding, replacing or repairing wiring, switch boxes, conduits, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
You will be able to maintain, repair, and install switchgear, transformers, and regulators, as well as troubleshoot and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices.
You will have experience with 3 Phase motors Start/Star Delta Induction and be able to install, repair, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems.
You will be able to work to 18th Edition Wiring Standards and ideally have this qualification or similar.
You will have the ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings and have an understanding of PLC switchgear (Allen Bradley).
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, and regulators.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices.
- Install and repair 3 Phase motors Start/Star Delta Induction.
- Work to 18th Edition Wiring Standards.
- Read and understand electrical engineering drawings.
- Have an understanding of PLC switchgear (Allen Bradley).
- Productivity-based quarterly bonus.
- Continental shifts (4 on 4 off) days and nights.
