About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex health needs in their own homes.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment. You will also help to cover existing clients' shifts and assist in starting new care packages.
