Established Mortgage and Equity Release Brokerage Seeks Self-Employed Brokers

Astral Recruitment is proud to partner with a successful and established Equity Release and Mortgage Brokerage that is looking to expand its self-employed network offering.
This is a role geared towards self-sufficient brokers looking for a new home with a reputable and established company. The brokerage offers all initial training, software, marketing support, and PI cover, all included. At this stage, they do not offer leads, although this may change later in the year. We therefore need qualified and experienced brokers who want to run their own business without the associated costs.
You will ideally be qualified in both Mortgages and Equity Release, but Mortgages as a minimum. The brokerage can offer admin support, which is negotiated into the commission split.
Typical rates range from 70-80% dependent on production levels, with all costs included and compliance taken care of.
If you feel you have introducers or a good client base but want to be part of a larger growing business with support, then please consider this opportunity.
Opportunities are available for self-employed brokers across the country.
