We are seeking a visionary ESG Manager to lead and enhance the ESG strategy for Dains Accountants, a leading accountancy firm in the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing successful ESG initiatives that align with the firm's business objectives and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute ESG Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive ESG strategy that integrates ESG factors into corporate policies and practices.
- Engage Stakeholders: Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG initiatives and foster strong relationships with industry peers, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
- ESG Reporting: Oversee the preparation of ESG reports, ensuring compliance with national and international ESG standards and regulations.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs that educate employees at all levels about the importance of ESG principles and their role in the firm's sustainability efforts.
