Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Aviation division, working on a defence framework with projects ranging from £20m to £150m. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of airside infrastructure works, including resurfacing, refurbishing, and upgrading lighting systems, substation construction, concrete paving, and drainage.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance
- Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and suppliers
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
- Proven technical and project management experience in the built environment
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and safety management systems
- Ability to produce work package plans, task briefing sheets, and implement safe systems of work
- Detailed knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental issues relevant to the project environment
