Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the institutional space through proactive sales and networking efforts.
- Client Engagement: Engage with C-level executives across various sectors, understanding their FX needs and challenges.
- Consultative Sales: Learn about clients' businesses, understanding their key challenges, and educating them on how our FX solutions can address their specific needs.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with the team to build and present tailored FX solutions to clients, with the aim of developing the ability to create these solutions independently over time.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and social skills, ensuring you are comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting enterprise clients to provide informed insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in FX sales, financial services, or a related role, with a proven track record in business development.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of FX markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments, particularly within the institutional and enterprise space.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with experience in cold calling, networking, and relationship management at the C-level.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Motivation: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
