What are we seeking? A driven manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our members and is eager to collaborate with the club General Manager to ensure a safe and premium experience throughout the facility. We are looking for someone who is open to learning and can leverage the training and development resources we provide to help you thrive. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including 4 weekend shifts per month and at least one late shift per week. Experience in managing a team within a service-oriented environment (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail, sports, or leisure facility) is highly desirable. Familiarity with duty management responsibilities and financial planning is advantageous. A passion for customer service and excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
