We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the safe management of a 4-bedded residential care home, ensuring that the home meets Ofsted and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the effective management of the care home, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people with learning disabilities and autism.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that the needs of each young person are met.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless care and support for young people.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
- Senior or Deputy Manager experience in a residential care setting.
- Driving license.
