Vous collaborerez étroitement avec divers intervenants de notre entreprise (Commercial, Juridique, Financier et Produit/Technologie) pour favoriser la compréhension de la performance financière et soutenir proactivement la prise de décision.
Responsabilités Clés
  • Consolidation et analyse des Revenus et Abonnés de SkyShowtime à travers nos 22 pays et canaux de distribution (B2B & D2C), afin de favoriser une croissance optimale de l'entreprise.
  • Analyse de la valeur à vie des abonnés dans différents pays/canaux de distribution pour soutenir l'évaluation des canaux et informer l'approche pour croître efficacement les revenus.
  • Rapporter la performance des revenus et suivre proactivement les opportunités et risques financiers.
  • Préparer des rapports mensuels sur les KPI et des commentaires pour articuler clairement et de manière concise la performance à la direction supérieure et, en fin de compte, au Conseil de SkyShowtime.
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de distribution B2B à long terme de l'entreprise, en travaillant avec l'équipe commerciale pour évaluer les nouveaux et existants accords de distribution et aider à la préparation des budgets, des plans à long terme et des prévisions annuelles.
  • Promouvoir l'amélioration des processus et l'automatisation.
  • Prendre en charge des lignes de coûts clés liées aux abonnés, y compris les licences musicales et les coûts des chaînes linéaires, en collaborant avec les parties prenantes concernées. Cela implique de prendre en charge la prévision, la performance et de soutenir les négociations commerciales.
  • Utiliser des outils de big data (par exemple, Tableau) pour produire des analyses et des insights précieux afin d'informer la prise de décision basée sur les données.
Compétences, Connaissances et Expertise
  • Vous serez un professionnel de la finance qualifié avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de finance commerciale ou de FP&A.
  • Un intérêt marqué pour l'industrie des médias et du divertissement, apportant beaucoup d'énergie et d'enthousiasme pour prospérer dans un environnement de start-up dynamique.
  • Un solide parcours de travail dans un environnement rapide et exigeant, gérant plusieurs priorités et livrant des résultats de haute qualité dans des délais courts.
  • Compétences avancées en modélisation Excel pour gérer les budgets, les prévisions et préparer des analyses/insights. Une certaine expérience avec des outils de big data (par exemple, Tableau) est préférée.
  • Excellentes compétences en présentation et communication (écrite et verbale). Expérience de présentation à des parties prenantes de haut niveau.
  • Capacité à prendre des initiatives de manière autonome, contribuant à faire avancer l'entreprise vers ses objectifs stratégiques plus larges.
  • Une nature inquisitive avec un désir d'identifier et d'améliorer la performance commerciale et les processus internes.
