About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Civil Engineer to join our team at Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited. As a Trainee Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in designing roads and sewers, compiling Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies, and working closely with residential developers across the north of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop drainage systems and infrastructure projects using AutoCAD software
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide technical support to project engineers and clients
  • Attend site and client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field (HNC, HND, or T-Level)
  • Experience with AutoCAD software and drainage design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
