Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at ibis London Excel Docklands.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting with food and beverage preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and friendly service to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation and service, including setting up the restaurant and bar areas.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
