Conveyancing Paralegal Role

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Law Support. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist solicitors in managing conveyancing transactions, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and submit key legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage reports.
  • Conduct property searches, title investigations, and manage Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth communication and transaction progress.
  • Maintain accurate case management records, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and legal regulations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous conveyancing experience, ideally managing own case load.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented, with ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • Excellent telephone and client-facing skills.
Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time, office-based role, requiring the ability to commute to our London office Monday to Friday.
