Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced semiconductor Senior Analog IC Design Engineer with a proven track record of successfully guiding automotive products through the NPI development process from definition to production release, ensuring quality, functional safety, and qualification compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a key member of the design team, take the technical lead role on significant chip developments, making critical architectural decisions and ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed.
  • Deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering team to ensure product success, including product definition, validation, applications, and test engineering.
  • Support and mentor junior engineers, setting a high standard for communication and professionalism within the design team.

Requirements:

  • Several years of relevant industry experience in Analog IC design.
  • Deep understanding of CMOS analog circuit design practices.
  • Previous experience as a technical lead on chip developments.
  • Experience with automotive development processes and Functional Safety.
  • RF (10GHz +) analog circuit design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Cadence tools (IC6) and Calibre.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
