Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering services, repairs, and maintenance across commercial establishments.
  • Performing reactive maintenance across the client’s portfolio of properties.
  • Executing smaller installations independently.
  • Managing a portfolio of contracted buildings, ensuring the repair and maintenance of various systems.
  • Diagnosing and identifying faults and failures within equipment.
  • Ordering and installing parts or components as necessary.
  • Conducting both reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Possession of commercial gas certifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1).
  • A proven history in the maintenance of commercial buildings.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Valid driving license.
