Office Administrator - High-End Residential


Our client is a well-established Main Contractor with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in prime residential refurbishments.


Their portfolio primarily includes luxury apartments and single dwelling refurbishments for a discerning clientele. Typical project values range from approximately £500k to £8m, encompassing basement excavations, renovations, and comprehensive fit-outs.


With a strong presence in affluent areas, our client has earned a solid reputation for delivering exceptional quality in their projects. They maintain a significant number of internal trades while subcontracting specialized tasks such as mechanical and electrical work.


Due to a notable increase in project demand and ongoing expansion, our client is looking for an Office Administrator to enhance their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing phone communications
  • Processing orders
  • Overseeing diary management
  • Coordinating maintenance requests


The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, alongside a stable career history. Experience within the construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
