Job Opportunity: Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our award-winning litigation team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and will be able to handle a range of complex and high-profile commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters
  • Work closely with the wider business to deliver exceptional client service
  • Draft and review commercial contracts, including franchise agreements, e-commerce and software as a service agreements, supply terms, agency agreements, and buying and selling a business
  • Participate in business development and networking initiatives
