Job Title: Lettings Manager
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our client, a well-established and award-winning estate agency in the region. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for leading the lettings team and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lettings Business Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase lettings business and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the lettings team to achieve high performance standards.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings office, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficiency.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, reviews, and action planning to drive employee performance and growth.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability through the development of new lettings products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or in a similar role in the property industry.
- Qualifications: ARLA Qualified (or equivalent) and a full UK driving license.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 basic salary (dependent on experience).
- OTE: £50,000 OTE.
- Progression Opportunities: Opportunities for career progression and professional development.
- Discretionary Bonuses: Eligible for discretionary bonuses.
