Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Knightsbridge. As a Private Household CFO, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our household, including finance processes, number crunching, budgetary control, and HR and payroll for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee all finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage financial analysis, research, and spreadsheets to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Oversee budgetary control and negotiation, including major refurbishment projects and daily household costs.
  • Manage HR and payroll for our 15 household staff, including recruitment, training, and benefits administration.
  • Process payments for invoices, manage bank accounts, and oversee property acquisitions.
  • Establish and maintain trusts, and assist with complex tax returns.
  • Develop and implement forward-looking financial plans, including wills and estate planning.

Requirements:

  • Accountancy qualification or relevant finance experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process complex financial information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our family and external stakeholders.
  • Emotional intelligence and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
