Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled LIMS Implementation Specialist to lead the testing and data migration workstream for a single LIMS implementation project. The successful candidate will work closely with biomedical scientists and pathology managers to elicit current state and agree future state practice, develop a data migration and testing strategy, and provide workstream-specific input to design meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current state practices and develop a future state vision.
2. Design and implement a data migration strategy to ensure a seamless cutover period.
3. Contribute to the development of workstream-specific input for design meetings.
4. Produce timely and accurate workstream update reports.
5. Adapt to the organization's way of working and adjust approach accordingly.

About the Role: This is a 12-month contract opportunity with a competitive daily rate. The ideal candidate will have experience in LIMS implementation, data migration, and testing, with excellent communication and project management skills.
