Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee projects on behalf of our client, a contractor in the Facilities Management sector. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in delivering commercial guidance and support to operational teams, with expertise in Contract Management, NEC, PFI, Client Negotiations, Monthly Finance, Revenue, and Risk Management. Experience in a contract commercial setting within the FM Sector or Civil Engineering is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all commercial discussions during scheme buildability meetings and collaborative planning sessions.
  • Manage day-to-day contract and commercial oversight, including communication and notifications, payment assessments, and the valuation of changes and early warnings.
  • Review and finalize accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Experience Required:
  • Proven track record in commercial management within the construction or facilities management industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
