Exciting Mechanical Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Site Manager to join our team at Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd. As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical preparation of construction sites, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians to prepare construction sites for data centre projects and other exciting developments.
  • Ensure all mechanical work is completed to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and company regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and resources to ensure efficient site operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical engineering background, with knowledge of construction site operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
