About the Role:
Forward Assist Recruitment is proud to present an opportunity for individuals interested in shaping the future of aviation maintenance through education. We are looking for a dedicated Aviation Maintenance Training Facilitator to join our esteemed team.


Key Responsibilities:
The position encompasses a diverse range of tasks within an aviation maintenance training framework, ensuring a dynamic and engaging atmosphere for learners.


The role may focus on various specialties including aircraft sheet metal, composite assembly and repair, mechanical systems, avionics, and more. Instructors will have the chance to deliver training in multiple environments such as workshops, classrooms, and hangars.


Training Delivery:
Instruction will be provided to both Apprentices undergoing foundational training and seasoned industry professionals seeking to advance their expertise.


The role involves the theoretical and practical delivery of EASA and UK CAA, Part 66 training courses, covering fundamental subjects and a broad spectrum of aircraft-related modules.


Qualifications:
Instructors will be responsible for teaching specialized aviation technical skills and other industry-relevant courses.


This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary structure. The upper range of the pay scale is available for candidates possessing all EASA or UKCAA, Cat B Part 66 modules or an equivalent technical/academic degree.


Additional salary enhancements are offered for field-based roles and for those who hold dual qualifications as a Technical Instructor and Apprenticeship Assessor.

Requirements:
- A recognized technical instructing or teaching qualification is preferred.
