The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Reconciling invoices and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Liaising with vendors and contractors to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining efficient recording of spreadsheets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participating in payroll processes and reporting on finance projections.
  • Reconciling business bank statements on a monthly basis.
  • Onboarding new starters and ensuring a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle confidential documents and information.
