The role involves executing both scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks in collaboration with a dedicated maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Facilities Management and demonstrate a successful history in electrical maintenance within commercial settings. Working Hours
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
  • Lighting maintenance including installation, troubleshooting, and lamp replacement
  • Conducting emergency lighting inspections
  • Managing control panels
  • Replacing ballasts
  • Monitoring BMS systems
  • Performing all aspects of mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Maintaining and updating maintenance logs
  • Basic plumbing tasks
  • Servicing pumps and motors
Candidate Requirements
  • Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
  • Holds City & Guilds 18th Edition certification
  • Ability to provide proof of trade qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with strong communication abilities
  • Client-facing experience
