About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Associate & Valuer to join our award-winning team at Ashtons Estate Agents. As a key member of our Lettings Department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Negotiate lettings contracts and provide accurate market appraisal advice to clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of lettings professionals to ensure excellent service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to win new business and increase market share in a competitive environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients receive a high level of service and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a busy and competitive lettings environment.
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts and driving business growth.
  • Strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • ARLA qualification or equivalent.
