We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Revit Technician to join our team at People Group Limited. As a key member of our Building Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed, coordinated 3D models and supporting 2D drawings using Revit MEP.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health teams to ensure effective coordination of MEP systems.
- Interpret engineering mark-ups and ensure all MEP systems are accurately represented in the models.
- Work closely with clients to provide fully coordinated models and drawings, attending meetings to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support and mentor Junior Revit Technicians as part of their development.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Building Services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Revit MEP, with familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD advantageous.
- Strong experience in coordinating Revit models across various systems, including HVAC and pipework, with an understanding of clash detection.
- Familiarity with COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange) standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Collaborative approach, with strong communication skills and ability to follow direction from senior engineers.
