We're a leading law firm with a strong presence in the real estate sector, and we're looking for a talented Real Estate Lawyer to join our national team.

About the Role

We pride ourselves on our exceptional track record in real estate investment and development, and we're seeking a skilled lawyer to help us continue to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

As a Real Estate Lawyer within our national team, you'll play a pivotal role in handling diverse commercial real estate development and investment projects and asset management matters.

You'll provide crucial support on larger real estate transactions, working closely with our clients to deliver a first-class service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on real estate investment projects, drafting and reviewing legal documents related to asset management, acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Contribute legal advice on property development, assisting in the due diligence process for real estate transactions.
  • Deliver a high-quality service to our clients, working closely with our team to achieve excellent results.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to see applications from enthusiastic real estate lawyers who've had exposure to complex real estate work.

You'll need some experience of collaborating on real estate investment projects, drafting and reviewing legal documents related to asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, contributing legal advice on property development, assisting in the due diligence process for real estate transactions, and ultimately delivering a first-class service to our clients.

Requirements

  • A legal qualification with 2+ years' post-admission experience.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge gained in this area of law.
