Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Upgrades: Assist in planning and executing software upgrades across our customer base, ensuring alignment with product release cycles.
  • Communicate with Customers: Clearly communicate upgrade plans and schedules to customers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align resources for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training activities.
  • Remote Support: Provide remote support coordination for customers during upgrade events, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
