About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our Accident Repair Bodyshop team in Motherwell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing initial and updated estimates for vehicle repairs, ensuring that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the correct specification.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that vehicles are repaired to the highest standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers and insurers to ensure that their needs are met
  • Continuously develop your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments in the industry
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Full and valid driving licence
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
